Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the delegation led by Xavier Bertrand, President of the Regional Council of Hauts-de-France.

The Prime Minister welcomed the visit of Mr. Bertrand and the fact of signing a document on cooperation development with Vayots Dzor Province. Nikol Pashinyan expressed confidence that it will contribute to the expansion of interregional cooperation between the two countries. At the same time, the Prime Minister highlighted the importance of the assistance of the French side in pushing forward Armenia's development and reform agenda.

Xavier Bertrand thanked for the warm reception and added that they have clear plans to expand relations with Vayots Dzor region in various fields. The chairman of the Au-de-France district council shared his impressions from his visit to Vayots Dzor marz, including Jermuk.

Other issues of mutual interest were also referred to at the meeting.
