On the occasion of Army Day, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan traveled to Shahumyan Region in Artsakh. Accompanied by President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan, Armenia and Artsakh Defense Ministers David Tonoyan and Karen Abrahamyan, and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia Artak Davtyan, the Prime Minister attended a housewarming ceremony, intended for Armenian officers. David Tonoyan handed over apartment keys to 32 officers.
Prime Minister Pashinyan and President Sahakyan toured the apartments to get acquainted with the amenities. Nikol Pashinyan congratulated the beneficiary families, wishing them health and wellbeing. The Premier assured that his government will keep in the spotlight the social and housing needs of Armenian servicemen and officers.
