Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a condolence message on the passing of historian Anahide Ter Minassian.

“I was deeply saddened by the news of the demise of renowned Armenian historian Anahide Ter Minassian. Born far from the Homeland to a family that had survived the Armenian Genocide, Ms. Ter Minassian dedicated all her work to Armenia and Armenia’s history.

Anahide Ter Minassian was one of the most competent scientists who explored the history of the First Republic of Armenia and that of the Armenian Diaspora.

I extend my sincere condolences to Anahide Ter Minassian’s family, friends and relatives. She will remain forever in our hearts.”
