With deep sorrow, I learned of the passing away of legendary football player of FC Ararat Arkady Andreasyan.

Invaluable is his role in the development of football in Armenia. Andreasyan excelled in FC Ararat, in the USSR national team, admiring his fans with skilful performances.

His years-long coaching activity deserves high praise as well, since owing to it many Armenian athletes acquired rich football skills.

I offer my deepest condolences to Arkady Andreasyan’s family, relatives and all his fans. His memory will always be vivid in our hearts.
