Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a letter of condolence on the occasion of death of national artist, composer Vladilen Balyan, where it is particularly mentioned,

''I learnt with great grief about the death of national artist of the Republic of Armenia, composer Vladilen Balyan.

During his long-term activity, Vladilen Balyan composed in different genres: symphonic, cameral, choir, composed many songs, which have a unique place in the rich heritage of Armenian music, are loved by the people. The contribution of the great composer to the development of Armenian music is invaluable.

Our people placed Vladilen Balyan among the greatest of Armenian musicians as an intellectual, the compositions of whom inspired us all.
