Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a message of condolences to the President of the Federal Republic of Brazil Jair Bolsonaro on the occasion of human casualties resulted by the torrential rains in the State of Pernambuco. The message says reads,

"Your Excellency,

I was saddened to hear of dozens of victims and missing people as a result of days of rains and landslides in the Brazilian State of Pernambuco.

Offering my condolences to you and friendly people of Brazil, I wish the injured a speedy recovery, and endurance and spiritual courage to the relatives of the victims and all the people of Brazil.

Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration."
