Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a message of condolence to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin regarding the terrorist attack in Moscow.

The message reads as follows,

"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,

I received the tragic news of the terrorist attack that took place in Moscow and claimed lives of innocent people with sincere sorrow.

Armenia strongly condemns this inhumane crime against the civilian population.

I offer my deepest condolences to you. We mourn together with the people of Russia and send words of sympathy and support to the family members and relatives of the victims who suffered irreversible loss."
