Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a condolence message in connection with the death of the National Hero of Armenia Dikran Izmirlian. The message reads as follows,

"I was deeply saddened to learn about the death of Dikran Izmirlian, the National Hero of Armenia and a preominent philanthropist.

Under the leadership of Mr. Izmirlian, the "Izmirlian" Foundation has implemented many charitable projects in Armenia in various fields. Since the independence of Armenia, Dikran Izmirlian has been a vivid example of expressing love for the Republic of Armenia with his initiatives, contributing to the development of education, healthcare and other fields in our country.

In acknowledgment of Dikran Izmirlian's contributions, this year he was awarded the highest honor of Armenia- the title of National Hero of Armenia.

Dikran Izmirlian will forever remain a worthy son of the Armenian people.

I extend my condolences to his family, relatives, and colleagues, wishing them strength and patience during this difficult time."
