Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

On your birthday, I extend to you my best wishes, as well as my sincere congratulations on your election as Prime Minister. I am confident that you will successfully implement your mission to promote our people’s best interests, first of all.

As you may know, I was deeply excited about the events taking place in Armenia, and I am proud of my people and their behavior.

Since the 1988 earthquake and the independence of the Republic of Armenia, I have done everything to help my homeland. Despite the confrontations and difficulties encountered at all levels, the country’s situation has improved fortunately. Today, there is a new sense of hope in Armenia thanks to the efforts of the Armenian people and your own endeavors.

I want the Armenian youth to be able to benefit from the same opportunities as I used to enjoy in my time in order to tap their full potential and make their dreams come true in Armenia.

This is the main driving force behind my involvement in a project to create a cultural center, which hopefully will play a major role in our nation’s future progress. I will ask the team of Aznavour Foundation to introduce the project to you.

I am eager to come and see the new Armenia with my own eyes as soon as possible and meet those vibrant individuals that are shaping the future of our nation.
