RF President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of Independence Day.
The message reads, in part:

“Dear Nikol Vovayevich,

I sincerely congratulate you on National Holiday - Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia.

I am pleased to note the friendly, allied nature of Russian-Armenian relations. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has received congratulations from U.S. President Donald Trump on the occasion of Independence Day.
The message reads:
