“Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on Japan’s National Day - the birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
I am confident that the new Reiwa era will bring greater harmony and new creative energy to the friendly people of Japan. In the short period of interstate relations between Armenia and Japan, our countries have managed to build partnerships based on mutual respect and benefit.
Armenia and Japan have clear understanding of and shared approaches to important and sensitive issues. We are cooperating effectively on international platforms. Inter-parliamentary ties are being strengthened year by year. Cooperation continues in the humanitarian, scientific, educational and cultural spheres.
We are hopeful that through joint efforts we can give fresh impetus to trade, investment and economic cooperation. Convinced that reciprocated high-level visits can add a strong momentum to bilateral relations, I reiterate my invitation for you to visit Armenia.
I wish you good health and every success in all your endeavors, as well as peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Japan.”
