Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a message of congratulations to Jean Castex on his appointment as Prime Minister of the French Republic. The message reads:

“Dear Mr. Castex,

I cordially congratulate you on your appointment as Prime Minister of the French Republic.

I am confident that under your leadership, the French Government will successfully defy the threats coming from the global pandemic and push France towards new achievements.

I am convinced that through joint efforts we will be able to further strengthen the Armenian-French privileged relations based on common values and historical-cultural affinities. Armenia highly values the French Government’s support on the way to curbing the epidemic.
