Nikol Pashinyan extends congratulations to Prime Minister of Japan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister of Japan Suga Yoshihide on the country’s national day. The message reads:
“Excellency,
Please accept my warmest congratulations on the national holiday of Japan - Emperor's Birthday.
The warm relationship established between our two friendly peoples help strengthen interaction between our countries. Armenia-Japan interstate relations are characterized by high-level political dialogue, mutual respect and reciprocated trust.
We are eager to build even stronger relations with Japan and further expand the bilateral agenda. Mindful of each other’s sensitive issues, Armenia and Japan are effectively cooperating on international platforms. I am confident that after curbing the global pandemic-caused challenges, the friendly people of Japan will continue on their way to building a harmonious society.
I avail myself of this opportunity to express our gratitude for healthcare and economic assistance received from the Government of Japan, as well as for the humanitarian assistance provided to the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.
I wish Your Excellency good health and every success, as well as peace and prosperity – to the friendly people of Japan.”
