RF Premier Mikhail Mishustin sent a congratulatory message to Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on his birthday. The message reads, in part:

“Dear Nikol Vovayevich,

On behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on your birthday.

I would like to mention your valuable contribution to the strengthening of Russian-Armenian ties of friendship and allied partnership. We can witness dynamic development of bilateral cooperation in the fields of trade and economy, science and research, culture and humanitarian affairs. Major joint projects are being successfully implemented in various fields.

I am convinced that the two governments’ active efforts will make it possible to expand bilateral cooperation, provide favorable conditions for deeper integration within the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States. This is in the best interest of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia.
