President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan has sent a congratulatory message to Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his Civil Contract party’s victory in the early parliamentary elections. The message reads:

“Dear Nikol Vovayevich,

On behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on Civil Contract party’s victory in the snap parliamentary elections.

The voting results provide a convincing evidence of the people’s overwhelming support for your policy line, which seeks to strengthen the statehood, promote national unity and stabilize the situation in the country.

I am confident that owing to our joint efforts, the Kazakh-Armenian relations will continue to expand both bilaterally and within the framework of economic integration in the Eurasian space.

I wish you every success in your responsible mission for the prosperity of friendly Armenia.”
