President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan sent a congratulatory message to Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of being appointed Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

The message particularly runs as follows,

''Dear Mr. Pashinyan,

You assume the post of the Prime Minister of Armenia in a crucial period for the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh. The Armenian statehood is facing great challenges, which we can overcome with unity, consolidating all competent forces.

The new Government of the Republic of Armenia has much to do in strengthening the security and political positions on the international arena shaken by the war and ensuring domestic political and economic stability.

I am confident that the authorities of Armenia will succeed in increasing Armenia's international role and reputation and will continue to consistently work for the protection of the rights of the Armenians of Artsakh, elimination of the consequences of the war and the international recognition of the Republic of Artsakh, further deepening the relations between the two Armenian republics, for the sake of the implementation of our national aspirations.

I wish you good luck in the post of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia in overcoming the mentioned and other major challenges with dignity’'.
