Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The message particularly runs as follows,

‘’Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

I heartily congratulate you on your re-appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. You are taking on your new mandate amid great challenges and uncertainty. COVID-19 requires unprecedented measures from all of us.

Germany is ready to accompany the Republic of Armenia, as a reliable partner, on its path of reforms. The Federal Government will continue to equally and actively support the efforts aimed at the peaceful resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.

I wish you new success and happiness during the implementation of your responsible work’’.
