Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Chris Hipkins on assuming the post of Prime Minister of New Zealand. The message reads as follows,

"Your Excellency,

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I warmly congratulate you on assuming the post of Prime Minister of New Zealand.

I am ready to work with Your Excellency to expand and deepen cooperation between Armenia and New Zealand.

I sincerely hope that with joint efforts we will contribute to the further development of relations between our countries for the benefit of our two peoples.
