Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Kaja Kallas, Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia, on her re-appointment to the position. The message reads as follows,

"Your Excellency,

I warmly congratulate you on resuming the post of Prime Minister of Estonia.

I would like to note with satisfaction the high level of political dialogue between Estonia and Armenia and the positive dynamics of cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

We highly appreciate Estonia's willingness to support the democratic reforms and governance improvement in Armenia.

We also emphasize the unconditional support of Estonia, as one of the important partners of Armenia in Europe, for the further development of the Armenia-EU partnership.
