Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Alexander De Croo, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, on the occasion of the National Day of Belgium.

The message says, “I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Belgium on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Belgium.

I greatly appreciate the achievements of Armenia and Belgium in various fields of cooperation. I am sure that thanks to joint efforts, relations between Armenia and Belgium will develop and expand in bilateral and multilateral formats, including within the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement.

Taking this opportunity, I express my satisfaction regarding the decision of the Belgian government to open a resident embassy in Yerevan. I am sure that it will give a new charge to the interstate relations based on traditional Armenian-Belgian friendship.
