Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, on the occasion of his re-election to the post of President. The message reads as follows,

"I warmly congratulate you on your re-election as the president of the Arab Republic of Egypt as a result of the convincing victory in the presidential elections of Egypt.

I am sure that you will continue to use your rich experience and wisdom for the further development and progress of your country, as well as for the establishment of peace and stability in the Middle East and Africa.

I am sure that your re-election, which testifies to the trust of the friendly Egyptian people in you, will give a new charge to the Armenian-Egyptian friendship and provide an opportunity to continue our jointly agreed plans, including the efforts aimed at revitalizing cooperation in the fields of economy and security.

Taking this opportunity, I wish you good health and fruitful activity, and peace and continued prosperity to the friendly people of Egypt."
