Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, on the occasion of assuming the leadership of the country. The message reads as follows,

"I convey to you my warm congratulations on taking over the leadership of the State of Kuwait. I wish you new success and achievements on the way to the realization of your mission.

The existing relations between our countries have the potential to develop and deepen. I express my readiness to further strengthen bilateral friendly relations in areas of mutual interest through joint work for the benefit of our two peoples.
