Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Irish Prime Minister Simon Harris on the occasion of assuming office. The congratulatory message reads as follows,

"Please accept my warm congratulations on assuming the post of Prime Minister of Ireland. I wish you success in your future endeavors.

I am sure that under your leadership Ireland will continue to develop and prosper for the benefit of the friendly people of Ireland.

Armenia attaches great importance to the further expansion of relations with Ireland both at the bilateral and multilateral levels based on a common democratic value system.

I attach particular importance to cooperation between our countries within the framework of the EU. I am confident that the further expansion of Armenia-EU relations will greatly contribute to bilateral cooperation.

I sincerely hope that in the near future we will have an opportunity to meet and discuss the possibilities of enriching the cooperation between Armenia and Ireland with promising new projects.
