Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, on the occasion of the national holiday, Revolution Day. The message says:

"On behalf of the people of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I send warm congratulations to you and the friendly people of Egypt on the occasion of the national holiday of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Revolution Day.

I note with great satisfaction that friendly relations and multi-sectoral cooperation between our two states are continuously developing and expanding. I am sure that the recent mutual official visits, which testify to the readiness of our two governments to deepen bilateral relations, will be a new impetus for further deepening of Armenia-Egypt interaction for the benefit of our two peoples.

Taking the opportunity, I would like to express my deep gratitude to you for the warm reception shown to me and my delegation in Cairo.

I wish you good health and new success, and lasting peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Egypt."
