Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh on the occasion of Independence Day. The message states:

"On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Vietnam on the occasion of the national holiday, Independence Day.

Armenia and Vietnam enjoy a close partnership based on mutual respect, trust and friendship. I am sure that through high-level political dialogue, we will give a new charge to the further development of cooperation with joint efforts.
