Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, on the occasion of Independence Day, in which it is specifically said:

"I heartily congratulate you on the Independence Day of the Republic of Cyprus.

Armenia highly values the traditional friendly relations with Cyprus, which stand out for their willingness to show solidarity and support to each other.

I would like to note with satisfaction the high level of political dialogue between the two countries, as evidenced by the intensity of meetings on various platforms and the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas of bilateral interest.

I am confident that the special relations between our peoples, based on strong friendship, will continue to develop and expand for the benefit of both states and peoples".
