“Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

I warmly congratulate you on your appointment to the post of Prime Minister of the French Republic, wishing you success in fulfilling your high mission. I am confident that your great professional and political experience and abilities will be put to use for the benefit of friendly France and the French people.
