Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the newly built secondary school of Jrarat settlement of Kotayk region. The Prime Minister was accompanied by Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan, Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Armen Ghularyan, Governor of Kotayk Aharon Sahakyan.
The Prime Minister toured the school and familiarized himself with the conditions created for the students. Construction of the school was supposed to be completed in August. Nikol Pashinyan inquired about the reasons for the delayed completion of the construction works and instructed the officials to strictly adhere to the schedule provided by the programs and to carry out the works within the specified time.
The construction works of the school started in November 2020, the building will be commissioned in the coming days. The total cost of the project is almost 752 million AMD.
Within the framework of the project, installation of a solar photovoltaic station, fencing, improvement of the area, construction and furnishing of the playground were also carried out.
