Dear citizens,

Based on the current situation in our country, as well as the peculiarities of the parliamentary system, I appeal to all political forces to demonstrate political will, determination and flexibility and join the table of negotiations.

We all realize that civilized and practical solutions are needed to overcome the political crisis, no matter how difficult it may seem.

The Prime Minister can only be elected in Parliament through constitutional way. There is no other solution, either theoretically or practically.

I am confident that our country will overcome the challenge with joint efforts.
