Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received a delegation led by Garnik Mkrtchyan, Chairman of the Central Board of the Armenian General Athletic Union (AGAU).

Welcoming the guests, the Prime Minister highly appreciated AGAU’s contribution to the cause of preserving the Armenian identity and expressed readiness to support the Union’s initiatives and disseminate the ideas advocated by the AGAU.

The guests congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on assuming the office of Prime Minister and wished him every success for the sake of Armenia’s development. Garnik Mkrtchyan presented to the Prime Minister the program of events dedicated to Homenetmen’s 100th anniversary, due to be held in Armenia on July 19-29, 2018.

He advised that 1200 scouts representing different countries will arrive in Armenia to take part in the 100th anniversary celebrations. Garnik Mkrtchyan invited the Prime Minister to attend the main event of the program. The invitation was accepted with pleasure.
