As part of Shant-2018 strategic command and staff exercises, Security Council Chairman, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today held a Security Council meeting. In accordance with the scenario of the exercises, the Premier presented the situation around the Republic of Armenia, after which he took note of Security Council members’ conditional reports and proposals. Nikol Pashinyan gave a number of instructions to the heads of relevant departments.

The Prime Minister stressed the importance of Shant 2018 strategic command and staff exercises in the context of prompt and systematic work on checking the readiness of State agencies during the transition from peace to war.
