Nikol Pashinyan receives CRONIMET Mining AG Board Chairman Günter Pilarsky

Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today received Günter Pilarsky, Chairman of the Board of CRONIMET Mining AG (Germany) and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia to Baden-Württemberg.

The interlocutors discussed issues related to bilateral relations and CRONIMET Mining’s investment projects in Armenia. The parties specifically touched upon the ongoing activities and development projects of Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine.

Welcoming CRONIMET Mining’s activities in our country, the Acting Prime Minister noted that the Government of Armenia is eager to see new foreign investments and a new business culture coming to Armenia. Nikol Pashinyan simultaneously stressed the need for mining enterprises to abide by environmental and labor standards in Armenia.

Mindful of the importance of environmental standards, Günter Pilarsky assured that the Company is consistently endeavoring to raise the effectiveness of its activities.
