Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his spouse Anna Hakobyan attended the premiere of a series of short films, entitled “Kilikia - Land of Lions,” which was held at Cinema Park movie-house in Yerevan. The “Cilicia – Land of Lions” is the first and only feature film telling about the Armenian Kingdom of Cilicia; it covers the Kingdom’s 300-year-long history.

The project consists of 3 short films that take the audience through the Middle Ages to get them familiarized with the central characters of the 3 ruling dynasties of Cilicia: the Rubinians, the Hetumians and the Lusignans.

The features are filmed in line with modern filmmaking standards, ranging from ammunition, clothing choices to graphic and animation solutions.
