Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended today the memorial service for slain police officer Tigran Arakelyan who served at the Arabkir District Security Department of the General State Guard Directorate of the Republic of Armenia. Tigran Arakelyan was killed late into the night yesterday during the exercise of his official duties.
