Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan chaired a consultative meeting to discuss the concept of management and development of Armenia’s national postal service operator Haypost CJSC.

Minister of High-Tech Industry Hakob Arshakyan provided a summary analysis of HayPost’s functions, the range of public and financial services, their volumes and indicators. The Minister touched upon the management model practiced by the postal operator and the international experience. He presented the findings of the interdepartmental commission established in November, 2019 by the decision of the Prime Minister.

The meeting went on to discuss issues related to Haypost’s management model, the anticipated framework of activities, infrastructure development priorities, modernization and the proposed digital agenda.

In conclusion, the Prime Minister tasked those responsible to formulate and submit concrete options of management model for Haypost CJSC, taking into account the proposals voiced during the meeting.
