Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held another telephone conversation with Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel.

Prime Minister Pashinyan provided information on the developments that followed the announcement of a humanitarian ceasefire on October 10. He voiced concern over continued shelling of Stepanakert and the violation of the ceasefire agreement by the Azerbaijani side.

The German Chancellor expressed deep concern over the ongoing tensions.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia stressed the importance of recognizing Nagorno-Karabakh people’s right to self-determination.
