Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern on the occasion of the country's national holiday.

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and on my personal behalf, I cordially congratulate you, the Government and people of New Zealand on the occasion of New Zealand's national day, Waitangi Day.

I would like to note with satisfaction that the interstate friendly relations established between Armenia and New Zealand 30 years ago have had a stable course over the past years, bilateral interactions have intensified, and cooperation in the international arena has expanded. I hope that the relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between Armenia and New Zealand based on common values and mutual trust will continue to develop and deepen for the benefit of our peoples.

Taking this opportunity, I wish you good health and new success, and welfare and peace to the friendly people of New Zealand.
