Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel in New York in the sidelines of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly.

The interlocutors discussed various issues of mutual interest.

The Prime Minister presented details about the large-scale aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against the sovereign territory of Armenia and its consequences. The Head of the Government emphasized the importance of the international community's condemnation of the Azerbaijani actions, adequate reaction in the direction of the immediate withdrawal of the Azerbaijani units from the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia.

The Prime Minister of Luxembourg noted that they are attentively following the actions taking place on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and emphasized the importance of negotiated settlement of regional problems.

The interlocutors also touched upon issues related to the further development of relations between Armenia and Luxembourg.
