Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Day of National Minorities of the Republic of Armenia, which reads as follows,

"Dear representatives of the national minorities of Armenia,
In 2021, among the holidays and memorial days of the Republic of Armenia, another one was added - the Day of National Minorities of the Republic of Armenia, which is marked on the first Sunday of October.

Armenia's national minorities, as part of the family of the world's nationalities, are an inseparable part of Armenia's population, enriching Armenia with their identity.

By adding this day in the list of holidays of our country, we have a goal to draw the public's attention to a small but important part of our country, representatives of different nationalities living side by side, to their identity, recognition and solution of their problems.

Rest assured that our support on this path will never linger.

I congratulate the representatives of all national minorities of Armenia on this holiday, wishing them good health, peace, progress and success."
