Chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, an extraordinary meeting of the Security Council was held.

In addition to the members of the Security Council, the President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan, the President of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan, the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan, the head of the National Assembly "Civil Contract" faction Hayk Konjoryan also participated in the meeting.
