Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan hosted dozens of students and their teachers from Sisian community and neighboring villages in Syunik Province.
Welcoming schoolchildren from Syunik at the Government of Armenia, Prime Minister Pashinyan noted that he is happy to host them on the eve of the New Year and discuss the issues of interest to them.
The teachers informed that the group of schoolchildren came to Yerevan today and has already visited several places: Arno Babajanyan Concert Hall, where the students watched a performance for children, then visited the National Assembly, met with MPs, and now they are meeting with the Prime Minister of the country.
Nikol Pashinyan answered the questions of interest to the students from Syunik Province, which were related to international relations, school construction, steps taken by the government in that direction, etc.
The Prime Minister referred to the state program introduced for schoolchildren, which is about visiting a museum, concert hall, theater once a year for free and urged the schoolchildren of Syunik Province to grasp that opportunity and often visit cultural places. In their turn, the students suggested that performances be organized in their places of residence as well. Prime Minister Pashinyan promised to keep the issue in the center of attention.
