A consultation was held under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during which the draft of the Strategic Employment Plan was discussed.

During the discussion, the priorities, goals, existing problems and ways of their solution were presented. The goal of the plan is to boost employment by building a competitive workforce and expanding high-productivity job opportunities. It was emphasized that the implementation of the defined goals envisages, in particular, an increase in the employment of women for full and long-term realization of their potential in the labor market, as well as for the development of women's entrepreneurship, particularly promoting the employment of middle-aged women (30-40).

An exchange of ideas on the plan took place, views were presented on various points of the program.

Nikol Pashinyan instructed to summarize the issues that arose during the discussion, the presented recommendations, to revise and finalize the draft of the strategic plan based on them.
