Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Chikovani.

The Prime Minister noted that relations between Armenia and Georgia are at a high level and emphasized the importance of Mr. Chikovani's visit. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized that Armenia is interested in deepening and developing multi-sectoral cooperation with Georgia.

The Prime Minister evaluated the partnership between the defense departments of the two countries as effective.

Irakli Chikovani emphasized the cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and the programs aimed at its expansion.

The interlocutors exchanged ideas on strengthening partnership in the defense sector, as well as issues related to regional security and stability.
