Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has received , General Director of Food and Agriculture Organization Qu Dongyu.

The Prime Minister highly appreciated the effective cooperation formed between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Food and Agriculture Organization, particularly in the field of ensuring food security. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the continuous implementation of joint projects in the fields of agriculture and environment and expressed belief that the visit of the General Director of Food and Agriculture Organization will give a new impetus to the development of cooperation.

Qu Dongyu noted that they had effective discussions with the colleagues of the Armenian Government, discussed the progress of the programs and the possibilities of implementing new initiatives. The Director General of the Food and Agriculture Organization highlighted that the goal of the implementation of new programs is to contribute to ensuring the food security of the states and solving the problems in the field.
