The Prime Minister receives the newly appointed German Ambassador to Armenia

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Armenia Claudia Busch.
The Prime Minister congratulated the Ambassador on the occasion of assuming the responsible position and expressed hope that the multi-sectoral cooperation between Armenia and Germany will continue to develop and strengthen in the coming years. Nikol Pashinyan noted with satisfaction that the two countries have an active political dialogue. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the implementation of joint projects in economy, investments, infrastructure, tourism and other directions, attracting new German companies to the Armenian market.
Claudia Busch noted that during her term of office, she will make every effort to expand bilateral cooperation. The Ambassador emphasized that the German Government attaches importance to the continuous deepening of relations with Armenia, hence, she will discuss the possibilities of implementing mutually beneficial projects with Armenian partners in the near future.
The interlocutors touched on the Armenia-European Union cooperation, the latest developments in the discussions on the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty, the border demarcation process and other issues.
