Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan introduced newly appointed minister Davit Khudatyan to the staff of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.
Nikol Pashinyan first thanked Gnel Sanosyan for his activities and contribution in the position of Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. "Mr. Sanosyan's contribution and scope of activity is great. During his tenure as minister, a huge amount of construction works were started, carried out and completed, which can be seen in all regions and communities of the republic today. I would like to emphasize the contribution and activity of Mr. Sanosyan, especially in accepting and accommodating our compatriots who were forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh in September 2023, addressing their short-term needs, and also in the quick response to the flood that occurred in Lori and Tavush regions this year," said the Prime Minister.
Referring to the joint activities carried out within the framework of the "Civil Contract" Party, the Prime Minister also noted that Gnel Sanosyan, being one of the founding members of the political team, has great organizational abilities and expressed hope that this opportunity will be used by Gnel Sanosyan to at least spend some time and attention to political organizational work.
Presenting the newly appointed Minister Davit Khudatyan, Nikol Pashinyan wished him success during his work as a minister. "Gone are the days when we use the words ''young and inexperienced'' in the case of such appointments, this is the case when we can say young and experienced," said the Prime Minister and added that Davit Khudatyan served as the head of Armavir community for quite a long time, held the position of Armavir governor for almost a year, which is also no less important experience.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the ministry's agenda is big, strategic and expressed confidence that Gnel Sanosyan, having much to say about opportunities and problems, will be ready to share it, and Davit Khudatyan will be ready to listen, accept and draw conclusions.
Gnel Sanosyan, in turn, thanked the Prime Minister for entrusting him with the position of Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. "Not only are there many current works and fields of activity for the Ministry, and we have tried to do many works in those fields, but also there have been a number of unplanned complex situations and we have tried to organize these works with partner departments, sectoral partners of the Ministry, governors, community heads", said Gnel Sanosyan and highlighted the fact that the newly appointed minister is from the field of territorial administration, which is extremely important for effective work.
He also thanked the staff of the Ministry for the work done. "Many works have been done in various fields, some works have been completed, some works are in progress, there are newly planned works, which I am sure will continue in the best way under the leadership of Mr. Khudatyan", said Gnel Sanosyan and expressed his willingness not only to share the necessary information, but also to try to support the progress of the programs.
Davit Khudatyan also thanked the Prime Minister for the trust. "I assume the position of Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures with great responsibility and we are ready to solve the problems that will be put before the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures. I also thank Mr. Sanosyan for the long, effective work together," said the newly appointed minister.
