According to the Government decision, 148.5 million drams will be allocated to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport in order to acquire two of the five Armenian manuscripts of Jeselsohn’s private collection. The funds will be used for the acquisition and transfer to the Matenadaran of two manuscripts: a miscellany copied by Sargis Pitsak in Drazark in 1353, and a Gospel—richly illuminated and copied by the scribe Azaria in New Julfa, Isfahan, in 1695.The money will be allocated from the Government's reserve fund.
The Government approved the Employment Guarantee Program. As a result, it is expected to increase the employment opportunities of unemployed persons discharged from mandatory military service, persons displaced from Karabakh, as well as able-bodied persons of families recognized as insecure by the insecurity assessment system through the provision of vouchers, contributing to their competitiveness, job placement and stable employment.
Nikol Pashinyan referred to the index of registered jobs summarized by the SRC and noted that another record was hit in September. "Compared to September 2017—that is, the pre-revolutionary September—we currently have an increase of 311,480 jobs. Overall, it is also evident, it is even visually apparent, that there is quite strong economic activity in Armenia," said the Prime Minister.
In that context, Nikol Pashinyan referred to the challenges and noted that the visible challenge of the current period is the relations within the framework of EAEU, which will be addressed in the near future. "Our perception here is as follows. all our policies will be aimed at ensuring our economic dynamics and, of course, strengthening the sovereignty, independence and statehood of our state. Not only are these compatible issues, but one arises from the other, and they are interrelated. I must happily report that the diversification of our country's economic ties is also taking place quite well, and the data we have at the moment inspires hope that they will be further strengthened and deepened in the near future. We must remain focused on this issue," said the Head of the Government.
Emphasizing the fact of growing number of jobs, the Prime Minister stressed that efforts in this direction must continue: "I believe that, overall, we should not deviate from the strategy of achieving prosperity through work; we must continue along this path. There will be challenges along the way, which we will need to manage."
Referring to the growth in the country's GDP—which, based on 2025 results, has increased by approximately 53 percent since 2018—Nikol Pashinyan noted: "We must continue our work with this same momentum, remaining committed to this approach: creating the most favorable conditions possible for the economy and for economic entities, so that they can work, generate results, and pay the taxes required by law."
During a Cabinet meeting, while addressing the TRIPP project, Nikol Pashinyan noted: "In terms of enhancing our economic resilience, it is crucial that we manage to open regional communication links as soon as possible. Yesterday, the process for ratifying the agreement signed between the Republic of Armenia and the United States regarding the TRIPP project began in the National Assembly, with the formal ratification set to take place during the upcoming session. Furthermore, a working group led by Deputy Prime Minister Grigoryan traveled to Syunik region yesterday to work on-site, with the objective of launching the practical implementation phase of the TRIPP project."
Mher Grigoryan provided details regarding the visit, noting that its purpose was to discuss, on-site, a number of organizational matters related to the commencement of design work for the TRIPP infrastructure.
