The Government of the Republic of Armenia has proceeded to the drafting of the RA State budget bill for 2019. Ministries and other State agencies are submitting bids and proposals regarding the 2019 State budget bill, which is being drafted in the program budgeting format. Noting that the emphasis should be placed on the content of the programs, Prime Minister Pashinyan highlighted the need for enhanced efficiency of budget expenditures.
