Dear Compatriots,

I am congratulating you on Constitution Day. An epoch-making development - a popular velvet revolution has occurred in our country. Together with you, we are on the way to establishing the rule of law in Armenia, which is one of the most important goals of our society and people.

As you may know, the basic law of our country has been subject to changes after being adopted. They may have been acceptable or not for the people. Today, we have what we have, and it is our sacred duty to unconditionally comply with the Constitution as it is.

Our steps will continue to be exclusively in the constitutional field. Moreover, all eventual encroachments on the constitutional order will be thoroughly and publicly examined.

Our struggle and efforts are aimed at ensuring that the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution do not remain on paper and are realized in full.
