Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyễn Xuân Phúc on the occasion of Independence Day. The congratulatory message runs as follows:

“Your Excellency,

I cordially congratulate you and the friendly people of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the national holiday - Independence Day.

Armenia highly appreciates the close ties of friendship and partnership between our two nations. It is gratifying to see that our countries have a common desire to move forward along the path of deeper cooperation and friendship.

I have kept fond recollections of my recent official visit to your wonderful country. I am confident that our joint efforts will help implement the agreements reached during our meeting, and cooperation between Armenia and Vietnam will enter a new qualitative stage.

I wish you good health and every success, as well as peace and prosperity - to the friendly people of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.”
